Following the French theory of baking, Scarlett’s cakes are not-too-sweet and incredibly decadent. All cake fillings, buttercreams and ganaches are made in-house, using organic and farmers market ingredients whenever possible. We use organic, alternative flavor flours and nut milks, goats milk and grass-fed milk, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and local honey, all with your health in mind.

CHOCOLATE

Scarlett makes chocolate from bean-to-bar, sourcing the cacao beans from small, organic, sustainable farms around the world. The journey from bean to bar is indeed a meticulous craft that requires patience and skill. Each step, from the careful harvesting of cacao pods to the intricate roasting and refining processes, contributes to the unique flavor profiles that differentiate one chocolate from another.
