Our signature Opera Cake is a lovely, rich dessert made with thin layers of coffee soaked chocolate cake, French buttercream, raspberry coulis, mirror glaze and chocolate ganache.  This dessert comes as a square cake that serves nine 2 x 2 x 3 pieces.
