THE ARTIST

I sculpt cakes and make French desserts for intimate weddings, cake tables, rehearsal dinners, showers and dinner parties.

Opera singer turned pastry chef, chocolatier and chocolate maker, I have 20 years of experience making award-winning wedding cakes and classic French desserts.

I source cacao beans from small, sustainable, organic farms and make chocolate from bean-to-bar in my tiny studio kitchen.
