STACKED CAKES

Using bas relief, sculpting, painting, sugar flowers, piping and crepe flowers, I will work closely with you to design the perfect cake.  

Cakes come with a glass heirloom cake stand from a century old company, Mosser Glass, based in Cambridge, Ohio.

Following the French theory of baking, Scarlett’s cakes are not-too-sweet and incredibly decadent. All cake fillings, buttercreams and ganaches are made in-house, using organic and farmers market ingredients whenever possible. Cake finish is chocolate, buttercream or fondant for a clean palate to work upon.
